Reserve Your Pair — How It Works

At Amajai By Jadora, every pair is handcrafted in Italy by master artisans — made personally for you, never mass-produced. Our reservation system allows you to secure your design with flexibility.

Two Ways to Order

Pay in Full
Complete your purchase at checkout. Your pair enters Italian production immediately and ships within 14 business days via free express delivery.

Reserve — 50% Deposit
Secure your pair with 50% down at checkout. Your design enters Italian production, and your remaining balance is due when your handcrafted pair is ready to ship. We will notify you via email before processing the final charge.

Payment Collection Process

When your pair is ready to ship, we will:

  1. Send you an email notification that your pair is complete and ready
  2. Attempt to process your remaining balance
  3. If payment fails, send a reminder with instructions to update your payment method
  4. Make up to 3 payment attempts over a 10-day period

Non-Refundable Production Fee

A $200 non-refundable production fee is included in all deposit reservations. This fee covers the cost of Italian materials, artisan labor, and production initiated on your behalf.

If your order is canceled due to a failed second payment after all 3 payment attempts have been exhausted, $200 of your deposit will be retained. The remaining deposit balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Voluntary Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation before your pair enters production, please contact us at info@amajaibyjadora.com. Once production has begun, the $200 non-refundable production fee applies.

Returns & Exchanges

Fully paid orders are eligible for free returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn pairs in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
