At Amajai by Jadora, each shoe is designed with intention and handcrafted by our trusted manufacturing partner, ShoeAlive, to ensure quality and precision. Every order is made to order, which means your pair is created exclusively for you once your order is placed.
Processing Time
Because our designs are produced in limited quantities and handcrafted by our ShoeAlive workshop:

Standard processing time is 7–14 business days before shipment.

During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may extend up to 21 business days.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves the workshop.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has been processed and dispatched:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International Shipping: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
All orders are shipped via reliable, trackable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.
Split Shipments
If you’ve ordered multiple pairs or styles, items may arrive in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. Each package will include tracking information.
