💌 Amajai by Jadora Returns & Refund Policy

At Amajai by Jadora, each pair of shoes is custom-made to order, handcrafted with precision through our trusted Italian manufacturing partner, ShoeAlive. Because every design is created specifically for the customer who orders it, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure quality, exclusivity, and hygiene standards are preserved.

👠 Made-to-Order Production

All Amajai by Jadora shoes are made to order once your purchase is confirmed.
Our production partners craft each pair from premium Italian leather within 7–14 business days. This process begins immediately after your order is placed, which means cancellations or modifications are not always possible once production starts.

🔁 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must initiate a return request within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, and free of damage or alterations.

  • Return requests must be approved before shipping items back.

Items returned without prior approval, worn soles, or missing packaging will not be accepted.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Worn or used shoes

  • Custom or personalized orders (e.g., exclusive limited editions)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@amajaibyjadora.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work directly with our production and logistics partners to repair, replace, or refund your order as quickly as possible.

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@amajaibyjadora.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address.

  3. Once approved, securely package your unworn item and ship it back within 7 days of approval.
