Returns & Refund Policy

At Amajai by Jadora, each piece is made to order and handcrafted in Italy. We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

• Request your return within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn or unused, in their original packaging, and free of damage or alterations.
• Please obtain approval before sending your return.

Worn or used items, gift cards, and promotional items are not returnable. Items returned without approval or without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Free returns and refunds

You pay nothing for an approved return. We cover return shipping, with no return or restocking fee. Shipping is included in your order price.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to start a return

1. Email info@amajaibyjadora.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
2. We will confirm eligibility and provide prepaid return instructions and the correct return address.
3. Securely package your item and send it within 7 days of approval.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. We will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

Made-to-order production

Orders are paid in full at checkout. We will contact you if there is a delay. Please allow approximately 14 business days from order to delivery. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible once production has begun.
