Amajai by Jadora is a luxury footwear brand based in Fontana, California, offering made-to-order Italian shoes crafted in partnership with ShoeAlive, our trusted production and logistics provider.

👠 Products and Availability

Each Amajai by Jadora design is made to order and produced once your purchase is confirmed.
Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, finish, or texture are natural and reflect the artisanal process.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or update pricing at any time.

💳 Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal through Shopify’s secure checkout system.
By submitting payment, you authorize Amajai by Jadora to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Orders begin processing immediately once placed. Because our shoes are custom-made, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

📦 Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and handcrafted within 7–14 business days, then shipped using trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

🔁 Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
All returns must be pre-approved and shipped in their original packaging.
