We don't do factory runs or warehouse stock. When you order Amajai, skilled hands bring your pair to life with intention, care, and craftsmanship that you can feel in every step.
2. How long does delivery take?
Because every pair is handcrafted to order, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. This includes the time for our artisans to craft your shoes and ship them directly to you. We know waiting isn't easy — but the quality is worth it. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your pair ships.
3. How do I find my size?
We offer sizes 6–10.5 in US women's sizing. Our sizing system delivers a 98% accuracy match. Visit our Size Guide for a detailed US/EU/UK conversion chart and measuring instructions. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Our standard width is B-medium.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with free returns. If your shoes don't fit or you're not completely satisfied, return them within 30 days in pristine, unworn condition for a full refund. 7. What does "Pre-Order" mean?
Products marked [Pre-Order] are currently in the design finalization stage. When you pre-order, you're reserving your pair before general production begins. You'll be among the first to receive these exclusive designs when they're ready. Your payment is processed at the time of order, and we'll keep you updated on production progress.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer free express shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. Your shoes are shipped with full tracking and insured for your peace of mind. Zero tariffs on US orders.
9. Are Amajai shoes built to last?
Yes — they're designed to be forever shoes. Premium Italian leather ages beautifully, and our handcrafted construction means no corners are cut. With proper care, your Amajai shoes will last for years. We recommend storing them in the dust bag provided, keeping them away from extreme moisture, and using a leather conditioner periodically.
10. Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. Luxury doesn't have to happen all at once.
